Return & Refund Policy
Quick summary
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we will refund or resend it at no cost to you. Email us at bygog@gmail.com to start.
What can be returned or refunded
- Items that arrive damaged, defective or with missing parts.
- Wrong item, wrong color or wrong style sent.
- Unused items in their original condition and packaging, if you changed your mind.
- Orders that never arrive (see "Damaged, wrong or lost items" below).
What we can't accept
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that have been used, washed or altered, unless they arrived faulty.
- DIY kits that have been opened and started (yarn cut or worked), unless parts were missing or faulty.
How to request a return
- Email bygog@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- For damaged, faulty or wrong items, include a clear photo of the item and the packaging.
- We reply within 2 business days with the next steps and, if a return is needed, the return address.
- Send the item back within 14 days of our reply and share the tracking number with us.
Return shipping costs
- Damaged, faulty, wrong or missing items: we cover the cost — in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
- Change of mind: you pay the return shipping. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Refunds and processing time
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (for example PayPal or card). We issue the refund within 5 business days of approving your request or receiving your return. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged, wrong or lost items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn't arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
